Privacy policy

In short: no account, no advertising tracker, no personal data stored.

What we process

• Your starting point (town or address), only to calculate the cost of getting to the airport. French addresses are geocoded by the French government Address API. The result is only kept for 30 days in a cache, as a hash of the address, with no link to you.
• Your search criteria (airports, dates, travellers), to calculate results. The best “deals” (route, dates, price) may be published anonymously in the deals feed: no address, no IP, no identifier.
• Server logs: truncated IP addresses kept for 14 days, for security (rate limiting, bot protection).

Audience measurement

We count page views and clicks in aggregate, on the server, without cookies or identifiers. No third-party analytics tool is installed.

Storage in your browser

Your language choice and a few form preferences (passport, bank holiday country) are stored in your browser (local storage and a language preference cookie). They do not leave your device, except the language cookie read by the server to show you the right version. This storage is strictly functional.

Partners

When you click “See the offer”, you leave VersusFly for a partner site, which applies its own privacy policy and may set affiliate cookies.
