1. Purpose

VersusFly is a free travel comparison service. It does not sell any tickets: booking, payment and customer service are provided solely by the partner site chosen by the user.

2. Prices and information

Displayed prices are indicative, dated and based on cached data. Access, luggage, parking and transfer costs are estimates based on displayed and editable assumptions. Only the price shown by the partner at the time of booking is binding. Visa and climate information is indicative and must be checked with official sources.

3. Use

Use of the site is personal. Automated extraction of results (bots, scraping) is prohibited; rate limiting applies.

4. Liability

VersusFly strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee it is error-free or that offers are available. It cannot be held liable for services provided by partners.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
